I booked this room following a dreadful experience in another hotel where I checked out a day early. I was greeted in reception by Gary who was polite and personable. He seemed to know that I was upset and exhausted and helped me with my bag to the room. He was so kind and the ultimate professional. The room was stunning! Spacious, pristine and very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly offering advise on where to eat. They clearly have a high standards at this hotel and really care about their customers. The food is amazing too. Thank you.

We were upgraded to a great attic suite with lots of room and the hotel staff were very friendly and efficent . This hotel is literally a 10 min walk to the city historical centre anda 5 min walk to the main railway station so a great location to visit Bologne

We had a small but very comfortable room facing a park. A complimentary water was a nice touch! Breakfast was really good with lots of options like eggs, variety of cheeses, salmon, fresh fruits, homemade granola and pastries.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are have everything you need and are clean and the location is very good - both near the train station and the centre but overlooking a small park.

The room was comfortable and clean. We wanted to take the mattress home with us. It was a perfect distance from great shopping and the city center. The breakfast was more than expected with many options. My only regret was we didn't stay longer.

The hotel was in a great location, only 5 minute walk to the train station and 10 minute walk to piazza maggiore and the hotel was super clean. Lovely terrace in the bar to have a drink or a bit of food

The hotel's location is perfectjust outside the busy old center of Bologna. At first, everything was perfect, but suddenly, there was a weird grumbling noise in our room (406), too loud for comfort or sleep. We were immediately offered the junior suite on the top floor and could even stay for two nights, still paying the price for a standard room.

Very very central, all staff always smiling.and helpfull. Giving also ideas and suggestions. Alternate solutions. Its a great hotel to come to Bologna, 7min from Train station where you can take easy day trips to other close cities

I stayed in this hotel many time already when I visited Bologna. Position and comfort of the hotel are great. The restaurant inside the hotel is very good (I tried the Osteria pizzeria at the 2nd floor) For me this hotel is one of the best choice if you stay in Bologna

It is close to bus station and train station, about 5 minutes. The hotel is located in one of the main streets of Bologna. And from the stairs, the parking lot has easy access to Montagnola Park.
